How to Update After You Get ID and Password for The Update Service?

After you get the Account and Password, please do as the following steps, then the update will be ok.

1. Sign in to your Autel account at Autel official website

2. Select Redeem on the left

3. Select the product

4. Peel off table & enter Activation Code

5. Press OK Button to confirm


Then You can go and get the new subscription via the following steps:

1. Reboot your tablet
2. Make Sure that your tablet power is enough for software updating. 
3. Make sure the internet connection status is good 
4. Enter "Update" to do software downloads and updates online on your tablet. 
Finally, you will get the latest software version for your device.

1. Damaged tool Service: If the product you received has been damaged during the shipping, please report to local DHL office/Post office immediately and ask for damage proof, then contact our website customer service for exchange service.
2. Product Quality problem for refund or exchange: If the product has any problems, please contact our customer service online within 7 days and return the item to us within 30 days upon the arrival.If you not contact us within 7 days and not return to us within 30days, it is considered as used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
